"The energy bodies that make up the Human Energy Field encompass and relate vibrationally to each other. They are then, in turn, connected to the universal energy field by being encompassed in it. The universal energy field is the life force energy of the Creator. The energy bodies are called subtle because they are difficult to perceive with the five senses. But they are very real and can be perceived with practice.
Within our unseen - but definitely felt - part of ourselves is the chakra system. We have seven major vibrational, informational energy centers (Chakras) that process and communicate information to and from the energy matrix of life, and the energy matrix that is part of each human. This is the subtle energy exchange we feel when we are in close proximity to another human. We either feel good around them or we don't.
This exchange of information is as natural as the sun warming the earth's surface, and like this phenomenal event, it is taken for granted by those whom do not understand the incredible intelligence that makes it all possible. Many people have yet to possess a conscious understanding of how we interact on this energetic level. However with training and awareness, we can learn to feel the energy exchange that is happening when we are with other people. We can also learn how different types of energy exchanges affect the way we feel, including how people's energy systems that vibrate differently than ours can influence us, both positively and negatively. Energy happenings are easy to see if one knows what to look for; it is not miraculous occurrence. Everyone has the ability to gain knowledge about this.. Once you have trained yourself to observe this universal energy exchange, you will see how it relates to everyday occurrences of your life."
